CES Enterprises Corp. has two affiliated companies, Prime West and Sebastian Partners.
Prime West is specialized in commercial development, investment and management. Sebastian Partners is specialized in residential land development.

RYAN JUNG
Chairman / Principal - Ryan has over 25 years of experiences in construction, and real estate investment and development. Ryan has a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and a master's degree in architecture. Ryan founded CES Enterprises Corp. to pursue real estate development and investment opportunities in Korea. Ryan is a principal and partner of Prime West and Sebastian Partners respectively. Ryan is also a board member for both companies.

Michael grahm
Michael is the founder of Sebastian Partners, and has extensive experience in real estate investments across risk spectrums and property types including the development of multiple master-planned communities, mixed-use commercial/residential projects, luxury resort venues, and high-end residential real estate ventures.
JIM NEENAN
Jim joined the development team of Prime West in 2012, and became the Co-owner, President and CEO in 2015. Jim is responsible for the overall success of Prime West and works directly with the leadership team of the firm to establish the direction of the company, its vision, goals, objectives, strategies, and market focus.
TIM SCHLICHTING
Tim joined the Prime West team in 2019 as Chief Development Officer and oversees sourcing of development opportunities, formulating the vision and investment strategy, managing underwriting and financial modeling, directing project entitlements and community relations, and forming the optimal capital stack with Prime West's equity investors and lenders. Tim is also spearheading the company's expansion into the multifamily housing and mixed-use development sectors.
MICHAEL MELUN
Michael has been with Prime West since 2016 as Senior Vice President of Development. He oversees the execution of the firm's development projects ??from concept through design, budgeting, construction, leasing, closeout and disposition. Michael's experience includes project types such as mixed-use multi-tenant office developments as well as build-to-suit, tenant build-out, retail, hotel and multi-family.
TROY PETERSON
Troy joined the Prime West team in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of all development projects and properties under management, including investor and banking relations. He is responsible for protecting assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures throughout development and property management.
YOUNG KI JANG
Young Ki has more than 25 years of real estate development and project management experiences. Young Ki has successfully completed several well-known real estate development projects in Korea. Young Ki is responsible for all development projects for the company.
SANG JOON PARK
Sang Joon is a certified public accountant. He has extensive experiences of IPO advisory, M&A & industrial restructuring advisory services. Sang Joon is responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of all development projects including banking relations for the company
WON JAE LEE
Won Jae (Jay) has extensive property (facility) management experiences. He successfully introduced and implanted advanced FM technologies from overseas to Korea. Jay also has outstanding people skill. Jay is responsible for facility management and customer relations for the company.
